How did LocalEquineServices.com get started? My name is Jennifer Reinford. As a child I always dreamed of owning my own horses and now I am fortunate enough to own several. A few years ago, after my blacksmith suddenly retired and I had to call many friends and visit tack and feed stores to try to find another one. I thought it should be much easier to find these resources and with my computer background I naturally gravitated towards creating a website. What could be better than to be able to access professional services any time of the day or night? Taking that one step further, wouldn't it be great to be able to offer people an affordable way to advertise their equine-related products and services with such a huge reach?
LocalEquineServices has evolved from a simple website with a few listings to a robust, database-driven search engine. The website is an advertising tool, a research tool and just plain good information. Now, you can print personalized directories based on a radius from your zip code. In addition, you will even see a map to easily locate the product or service provider.
All of these features, plus the new graphics make this an out standing resource for the horse community. Use it to your advantage!
